Do you slow down for fog, heavy rain, snow, possible ice, etc?

Mate you've obviously got the wrong end of the stick, so I'm not going to hold anything against you for calling me (and pretty much 90% of the drivers here) an idiot for driving in the correct way. But please, think about it a bit more before replying again.
