for some reason i have been locked out of my hotmail account everytime i try and log in i have to enter the characters from a picture correctly which never works. i am locked out of my email with no way to get help

any help i try to get just leaves me with the option of sending a new email password to my email address. WTF kind of a solution is that, i am locked out of my email. [cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing]

I had the same problem once, how i solved it ?
I didn´t lol i abandoned the account and made a new one.

i have a number of email addresses thats not a problem, this is my email thats attached to my games for windows live account

all sorted now, actually impressed with the service response

All i had to do was find the correct link, where your asked to submit questions like which contacts you have, what folders other than the default ones, what were the last few emails received etc. I did that last last night and got a response to reset my password, alternate email address and security question[thumbup]
