I'm wondering how many tickets they guy bought to try to secure the Shelby? $200 per ticket could have been very pricey if he didn't get a ticket that was drawn out.

It could have gone either way. The kid probably thought he probably wouldn't win and he'd be better off with $200. Anyhow, tough luck kid.
