I'm going to Poland for a few days at the end of June and we've decided to do the gun shooting day. You get to fire all sorts of stuff. Anyone got any tips (I know a lot of Americans on here shoot a lot) for accuracy on these things? I've only shot a sports rifle and shot gun before now and I'm buggered if I'm being beaten by the rest of the lads!

Er...... http://www.krakow-tours.biz/Gun_shooting Maybe that? Tough to say. Full-auto means you pull the trigger and more than one round comes out. Semi-auto means it fires once everytime you pull the trigger. They are using 15-round magazines, so they won't be the "Banana Clips" you're used to seeing. |

For my dad's marksmanship tests in the Soviet army, they needed to hit a torso target with iron sights at 300m... so you can imagine that a Russian gun can do at least that... which would translate into about a 3" group at 100m. Otherwise, just lean into it, put the stock firmly against your shoulder, and relax. |
