Default Rolling 3D Demos?
Hey guys,

I'm looking for some funky 3D demos (like the rolling Quake 2/3 demos of old) to leave running on various machines for display. Can you suggest any good demos?

(I've already got 3DMark Vantage/03/01)

The capcom benchmarks look great, but I don't know if you can make them auto loop. The last remnant has a benchmark too.

The ATI and nVidia demos are good too.

I was going to say: "you're posting this question on this forum" until I saw that part. [rofl]

I agree the ATI/Nv tech demos are good for this. But watch out on hot days if the place is not air conditioned as running them for 7 or so hours in one hit will get very hot as the demos are usually extremely intense on the cards.

This one is one of my favorites.

You can download a lot more from Scene.org and Pouet.net. They have just what you are looking for.

Edit: Here's a list of the more popular demo's that have been created. Lots to choose from.

Yah, I had forgotten about those demos until this thread reminded me. Been a few years, but I've always enjoyed some of those demos. The 64KB demos can be extremely impressive.
