im pretty sure in this specific example there is no one in the viewable distance and you can not make reasonable judgments outside of this video either because you do not know how they act or what they would do without knowledge.

That looks just like the road in front of the school I pass on my way to work every day. But we'll ignore that, because it's not relevant. The issue at hand is traffic, and other vehicles, which can easily show up unexpectedly.

I'm not trying hard. I don't even have to try. I just don't see why people don't realize the danger involved in driving like an idiot and flipping a truck on the road.

Do you live in a rural area? The fact that there's no lines and fields is what makes it a highspeed area. People coming the other way have to dodge his flipped truck.

SRT-10 RAM is my fav vehicle in this lifetime so far...
