i am curious, with the dispreportionate amount of schoolgirl/underage type anime/focus in Japan, do they have a higher rate of sex crimes against the underaged? Seems with all (at least from my perspective) focus on young looking girls, the rate would be higher than elsewhere.

I think sex and age are just randomly assigned to Japanese people.
