so i just found out that my blood pressure is high... really high (155/84, with a heart rate of 83)
i need ideas on what i can do in addition to what i have already done: 1.) i have stopped eating sugars that are not naturally in foods 2.) i have stopped drinking(not that i drank much before) 3.) i have switched to eating leafy greens and other veggies and fruits for meals as well as light dressings 4.) for breakfast i have switched to orange juice blended with black berries, blue berries, strawberries, and rasberries, or cherrios with fruit and no sugar 5.) no more soda just water 6.) I have also started walking 1 to 2 miles per day 7.) trying to get off of some meds that raise blood pressure |
