how do you file a complaint with ebay about an item that does not fit correctly?
i bought a double bubble wind screen for my Yamaha r1 and it fits like crap, it doesnt seal up it look terrible i have purchased windscreens from this guy in the past for my old bike, a 1999 Honda f4 and they looked and fit great... i have requested that the seller gives me a refund but he has not answered my messge, it has been several days at this point |

like i said i have had great luck with this guys products in the past As you got what you ordered and it fits, just not perfectly... you won't get anywhere with saying it's significantly not as described, but feel free to try. The only way to open this kind of dispute is through paypal, not ebay. |

You can't... you can only file a complaint if the item hasn't been received or it's 'significantly not as described'. |

well technically its not fit for purpose.
but then again if its an after market component then its a grey area because of manufacturing processes from the non oem manufacturer best thing to do is check his terms of sale on the purchasing of said parts. IE: "buyer is responsible for buying the correct part to ensure correct fitment" |

If the item doesn't function as described dispute it through paypal. Do you have a link to the auction? |
