What this proves more than anything is that HDD are the single biggest bottleneck in a computer. Wonder how long before we can achieve those kind of speeds in a home system?

i always wondered why they can't just hook up one big flash drive as a hdd. Now they are doing it. ( and jacking up the prices tenfold )
