I know that almost everyone here has heard this but me, but I still have to say this song is awesome. The video rocks too. I had never even heard of this band before about a day ago. Unfortunately, after a quick search, it seems this is the only good song they have.

Ok, I know why I like it. It's the heavy beat with the lighter, sensitive vocals. It's a musical contrast of colors. The same reason I liked http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUlr_E1Xy2I and many of their songs. The musical style is different, but the contrast of the low bass and lighter feminine vocals is the same.

While I've got the Bat for Lashes - Fur & Gold album, I've never really given it a good listen to.

Portishead, however, are freaking awesome. One of my favourite bands of all time. I saw them when they curated the ATP festival - first proper live show they had done in 10 years and it was amazing. Such a strange atmosphere.

I like the sound of all of these. "Haunting" would be a good way to describe the sound of them.

It diverts from it a bit, but what do you think of some of Tiesto's stuff? Again, heavy beat with haunting vocals.

That's not why it's bad. It is kind of annoying though.

And NO,I don't listen to metal.

I listen to stuff that pretty much covers all "genre's",I don't like the singing,there's just something about her voice I don't like.
