Ok, now this stuff has been around since the inception of AOL. Back when I had a 2400 baud modem people were pulling these stunts. Its nothing new. Maybe I'm just cold hearted, or evil, or whatever, but rather than thinking "those poor kids" I thought "OMG PWNED".

I mean come on. Child Porn and Highschool Student don't belong in the same sentence. If you're snapping pics of your wang to send to a chick on the internet... you're an idiot.

My personal opinion is that everyone involved was a highschool student. There was no creepy old senator preying on young studly interns. People get it on in highschool all the time. One of the biggest goals in highschool is losing your virginity before you graduate.

I'll admit its a bit screwed up, but still, its your body your choice and all that. IMO the only charge that I think should stick is the bomb threat.

The boys reported that they were tricked into sending nude photos or videos of themselves, the complaint said. And by tricked they meant they thought they were gonna get laid by a chick, and got pissed when they found out it wasn't gonna happen. Show me yours I'll show you mine?

I just have a hard time calling anyone a criminal in this. Perverted? Yes. Nefarious? Yes. But at some point people have to take responsibility for their own stupidity. I know its totally un-American of me to say that, but its true. They wouldn't have had a problem if they'd 1 nighted some hot chick from their school, so how come getting played by a gay kid is like zomg terrible when they'd be doing the same thing to the girl (if she wasn't fake). Everything is all fine and dandy until you learn you're not going to get any... or at least not from the gender you were expeting.

I can't justify doling out punishment over a total lack of personal responibility, as well as displaying an unprecedented level of stupidity. Welcome to life, did you learn anything on your trip down memory lane?

The only thing that would be better if the guy was black. Then it could be called blackmale. Blackmail is such a stupid crime. I see no reason why it should be criminal to use someone's mistakes as leverage against them. How about you don't do something so horribly idiotic that you don't want people to find out... how hard is that? If you're an idiot you deserve punishment for your idiocy, otherwise you'll never learn.

So, what are your guy's opinions on our little highschool pervert/prankster? I seriously hope at least one person disagrees with me, otherwise we're all going to hell.
