Default Post the worst film you've ever seen
Like the title implies, and a few reasons why.

Ok, i'll start off, and I nominate the film 'Lions for Lambs'.

I'm not going to go into much detail about this film, because I seriously don't want to bore you about how much of a dull and mediocre film this is. Simply put, this film was made when the producers decided to pull everything that makes a film worth watching out of the concept and put in a bin. Then, they hired a few people to chat in a room together about three different situations which barely relate to each other.

Biggest pile of crap. Ever. [thumbdown]

Ok, now yours.

Maybe not the worst ever, but certainly the worst recently:

The Butterfly Effect 2.

Loved the first one, thought it was brilliant. I didn't expect it to be as great as the first as IMO there are very few sequels that are, but it was worse than I imagined.

They're pretty bad, but nothing comes close to any lifetime original movie ever made....

True.

The worst movie I've ever paid to see (ok that's a lie, it's the only movie I've ever snuck into the theater to see) was Small Soldiers. Even with the free admission I felt ripped off. [thumbdown]

Funny you mentioned Sci Fi original movies because the first thing that came to mind after seeing the title of the thread was "Pterodactyl" starring Coolio. [rofl] My wife and I watched most of it just to make fun of it (a la Mystery Science Theater 3000) until we couldn't take it anymore...

But as far as a movie I've paid to see (rental or in theater), maybe "Get Carter" or "Over the Top" (sorry, Sylvester!)...

"The Pest" is the worst movie I ever paid and watched.

"Pandora's Box" is the worst movie I ever paid to watch. God damn randomly movie-selecting friends...

Dracula: Dead and Loving it, possibly...I have stopped watching anything with Leslie Nielsen in since then.

Spoofs are hard to pull off whilst remaining fresh and funny, yet Leslie Nielsen seems happy to star in any old **** these days.

Well I remember seeing one of Andy Warhol's films once and it bored me to death! I was young at the time maybe I would appreciate it more now.

It's Pat was a pretty awful film, one of the SNL spin offs, the only positive I guess is Ween cameoed near then end.

Syriana, Death Proof, Clockwork Orange.

Now a lot of people will say Clockwork Orange is a good movie, although you should not believe them, they are wrong.

The original "Battlestar Galactica" - had high hopes and was sorely disappointed. There HAVE been worse, but they've completely escaped my recall, thank goodness!

Started to watch "Aliens Vs Predators" and couldn't take more than a third of it but, as I didn't pay, it doesn't count - does it?
