Default ipod disk full - 0 songs
k so i am adding songs to my ipod (4th gen 20gb) and it reports i have like 1.2 gb free.

so i add some songs, then half way thru it says "error: disk full" and i was like "sigh"

so now, when i go to "extras -> about" it says


Songs: 0
Capacity: 18.5 gb
available: 2.0 GB



what can i do?

Have you tried formatting the iPod/doing a restore? Then tried to sync it?

not an option - none of the songs are on this computer.

anyways i used itunesdb.backup and renamed it to itunesdb and got around half the songs back....



better than nothing
