I dont really know why i sold my first one (the black one) i should have kept it, because the kid i sold it too ended up running it into the ground, neglected some leak, and it caught on fire and burned completely.

the second one i bought because the guy thought it had clutch issues, it didnt, i cleaned up the engine, rebuilt top end and flipped it for a little more money. so now i have the monte because i just want a decent mileage daily driver. just finished school, so if i can land a decent job i will go back into the porsche scene, but probably with a 911[thumbup] and if not, a good ol 944 turbo will work too

The silver beast is still doing good with a lot more goodies since last time,,,,,,,125 shot of nitrous to start things off, headers and hi flow cats to go with the borla catbacks and the blackhawk intake........Z06 springs and swaybars, QA1 adjustable shocks to round out the handling department.......

Car runs like a go cart on steroids at loudon race track on track days and best time of 11.9 @120 at the dragstrip........and I drive it every day, except when it snows

Evolution IX MR/SE

Haven't done much to it yet (solid front motor mount, K&N filter, Hallman Manual Boost Controller, dyno tuned) but I plan on getting a full 3" exhaust on it soon. I want to change the BBS forged rims to a set of Advan RS in 18x9 in January as well...

I got a feeling mods are going to be deleting/editing a lot of posts in this thread.

Yep 256hp/280torque at 3500 rpm... its like crack
I have gotten 3 warnings since I've bought it... it is a matter of time before i get a ticket
I do not speed.. I just have an acceleration problem :P
Sometimes im next to an 18 wheeler... so i decided to pass it I don't feel like being next to it.. drop it in 4th... 2-3 seconds later "Oh ****! I'm going 90!"
Problem is I'm still not used to it.. I used to drive a 1.6L Civic EX and i keep thinking its the same car on the high way. I used cruise control to keep it at the speed limit... Makes it much easier to avoid tickets.

Haven't worked on it a while. Going to be starting January 8th after an airplane trip and finally a small loan to get it done. Going to get a lot done like suspension, brakes, motor upgrades, ect. Then at the end of January it is going to be driven home from California, and I am going to immediately start on the interior. A good day or so after getting the parts and it will look almost like new on the inside.
