Since the 15th of November:
![]() 2008 Jeep Patriot Limited 4x4 (Jeep green on the outside and dark slate inside) + the following options: -Freedom-Drive II Off-Road Group -Security and Cargo Convenience Group -9-Speaker Boston Acoustics Sound Group -Trailer Tow Group She's fully equipped aside from the sunroof, which I didn't want anyway so she's perfect. Oh and I also got the dealer to include, free of charge, a front bug deflector, molded mud guards and window air deflectors. She's been awesome so far this winter and I truly believe that the Patriot is the true successor to the Cherokee. I'm hoping to get a camera during boxing day so if there's ever a Post your ride Part XLIII I'll post pics[yes] Oh and most of you boys and girls have really nice rides. Cars in Europe are quite unique and cool looking. ![]() |

Since the 15th of November: I would love to say that the Patriot would be the true successor of the Cherokee, only if it either had a diesel or a V6 in it. I have been earing that the World Engines that Chrysler use aren't the best, and that the CVT can make a lot of noise at hwy speeds and off-roading, so I hope the best to you. I would more so say that it would be the successor if the trail rated Patriot had the 5-Speed manual, or maybe even a 6-Speed with the 1st gear being extremely low instead of the CVT. They look wicked and grats on your purchase! I don't remember when the unlimted power terrain warranty kicked in, so where you able to pick that sweet deal up? |

I would love to buy one of those. Since the Liberty is in the same price range, did you try that out? Why did you pick the Patriot over the Liberty? Sure the Patriot is no Wrangler, but I ain't gonna be doing much off-roading with it. Mainly to the cottage during the summer, driving through fields during deer hunting and then there is the snow during the winter. My Patriot has the unlimited power train warranty and I also took an extra 3 year warranty. |

TT? ![]() And Lennart - I wasn't supposed to buy a second over boosted ride to my fleet. I was originally looking for a M3 or similar, but the Supra is just so much more bang for the buck. I know I'm supposed to replace the TT with an enormous single turbo, but the TT is really great. Massive low rev torque, and at 4000 rpm all h... breaks loose ![]() Great car, will most likely be mine for more than just one summer. |

Still on my 1yrs of BMW ownership and I'm already planning a summer upgrade (will be either a 325ci sport or if insurance is good at the time a 330
![]() ![]() ![]() It's been an amazing car, yeah only a 318se but still the build quality is superb, the cruising comfort is superb, the outside noise blockage is superb and the nicest dashboard layout I have seen on any car ![]() If I still had my Civic I would have been in a hedge car many times this winter season as I've felt ASC kick in and stabilise the car on some roundabouts and bends where road conditions were very poor (even when running in 2nd/3rd gear) |

I am not a fan of the Supra's at all, (more so 300Z and Stealth/VR4), but I would buy an N/A in good shape. Cheaper for the pocket, and when you are ready, you can buy a clip and drop in a motor. After labor, parts, and tuning, I bet that it would still be a touch cheaper then buying a decent TT as they are expensive.
