Default Any sites to purchase cheap Blu-Ray movies (UK)?
Hi guys,

just got a PS3 yesterday and am quite impressed with it.

Got a good deal from Virgin Megastore - 60GB console + 2Games + 2Blu-Ray movies for £350.

Anyways, I want to start expanding my Blu-ray movie collection, but prices vary so much from expensive to very expensive (£14-£29)

Was wondering if there were any decent online sites that are selling Blu-Rays for a decent price and are reliable?

If so, please let me know.

BTW, the 2 movies that I got free were Casino Royale and 300.

I tend to go here:

http://www.movietyme.com/catalog/def...5648&cPath=355

They give you a full list of region free Blu Ray titles and are pretty cheap [thumbup]

Look on eBay for used bargains is about the best way that's what I did with HD-DVD.

Are most current Blu-Ray movies region free?

Looking at the back of the cases of my copies of Casino Royale and 300 - I can't see any mention of Region coding.

A fair few of the new releases are region locked.

Bit weird.

Been looking on various sites:

Let's take the movie "Stealth" for example.

On Movietyme, it is a "Region-Free" Blu-Ray
http://www.movietyme.com/catalog/pro...ucts_id=35775&

On another website, sendit.com - it is classed as "Region 2"
http://www.sendit.com/video/item/7001000128285

Are the movies the same, ie quality and the same edition?
Bit confusing having region-free and region-locked versions of the same movie.

In fact if you look at those 2 websites, a lot of the Region Free movies on movietyme seem to be region 2 on sendit.
