hi i sold a phone last sunday and i have still not received payment for it. i have emailed them all week and i have got nothing back from them.

so have i got to wait 7 days from the auction ending to then being able to give someone else a second chance offer?

If you've not specified anything shorter in your auction, a week would be considered reasonable by anyone's standards, I'm sure.
