After being with crappy tiscali for over a year, ive decided to change and was thinking about going with virgin media 8Mbps, does anyone out there have any experience with them, are they any good? ect

Never had any problems with the Virgin Cable service - been using it since it rolled out. Do a search on the forum for Virgin Media, there are a few threads, particularly :-

From what i can gather Virgin ADSL through the phone line is really shitty and should currently be avoided.
Been with NTL/Virgin for years with a cable connection and its been excellent.

Yup Vigin Media adsl is having huge problems supposdly it was mentioned on cable forums the other day... NTL cable is awesome but supposdly adsl sucks...

When I had ADSL I was on Nildram and they were awesome a few months ago [thumbup]

you could try adsl24 (I'm due to move to them on the 15th)
Be are also good if there in your area
zen are also good but there expensive
