What's wrong with Chewy bacon? Crispy bacon has more of the flavor compounds* cooked out.

* Not sure what the proper name is. It's usually a white color and normally soft and chewy

1000 hours really isn't that much. That's, what, 25 people working for a week?

And how many people might benefit from this miraculous discovery?

Nope, only 4 people. Assuming a full 40 hour week for each, that is more than 6 weeks straight of cooking and eating bacon....

I can't stand chewy bacon. I like cooking mine until it's as black as it gets without turning to ash.

As usual I tried to come up with some pointless and partially witty pun, but frankly I haven't been able to come up with anything.

Give me a couple of minutes and I'll be bacon hear with something, and you butty believe it!
