I am awaiting the arrival of around 20 people. Tossing the ham tradition out the window this year. I am making arroz con pollo, burritos, carnitas, homemade tortillas, refried beans, black beans, several sauces and guacamole.

I also made a banana pudding and a stacked cake made from crepes, mexican chocolate and dulce de leche. Maybe some churros if I get a spare minute.

my house smells sooo good.

Lost both our parents and a sister in the past 4 years so the rest of us try really hard to make contact when we can.

Might as well pig out in the process.
