FFS, it's unlikely but SEE A DOCTOR! They can do an allergy test for you.

Anythings possible, people are freakish - but like the other guy said, if anyone is ever in doubt over their health shouldn't be asking on an internet forum, go to the doctors. It's what they're there for!

My missus is allergic to latex as well and I've looked at some of those non-latex condoms before. Over here on the packets for some of them there is a warning saying that it cannot guarantee being completely latex free and some others do have a very low latex content. Have a look and see if there's similar warnings on the box.

What exactly happens to you if you are allergic to latex? Does your c0ck swell up to a large size? If so then I could certainly use this allergy.....

It's not the guy who's allergic, and either way you'd have an allergic attack.

Have you had sex with her without any protection? Or has she used something for penetration while masturbating? It could be that she is just overly sensitive or has vaginitis or something and basically any penetration could be triggering this.

There probably have been people that are also allergic to both latex and polyurethane condoms but if she hasn’t had a checkup then I wouldn’t jump to that conclusion just because of a rash or irritation when having sex using both types. There always is a natural option too but that doesn’t protect against all types of STDs so I wouldn’t suggest that.

If you guys have been together a long time and trust each other and have had recent workup showing your both clean then she could get on a contraceptive and not use a condom if tests show she really is allergic to both latex and polyurethane.

By the way, if she is sexually active (which she is) then she SHOULD be having regular checkups for her own health! If neither of you can afford it or something I know in the US Planned Parenthood can take care of these things for free or on a sliding scale (your fee is based on your ability to pay) and most decent size or larger cities have free clinics that she could go to.

Edit: Also, Planned Parenthood would be able to give her an exam to figure out this problem. Look one up and check it out. Oh, and yet another option is if she is in a university right now they’ll have student health services that she can use for free.

Go ahead and read my post right above yours, I guarantee there is a solution in there no matter what her problem is.
