You know what would be both outrageously funny and unbearably tragic? If we actually did kill all the "martians."

Fortunately, I'm sure some more will turn up. This time, NASA will be ready. Hopefully.

What are the chances though of NASA finding the only incidence of life on Mars and then killing it, considering they only went to part of the planets surface.

Thats like me saying " If I step on this bug here, do I kill the only bug of its kind on the earth",

The chances of it being the only bug are immense, billion, billions to one or something.

Other life will turn up, its just upto NASA to recognise that it is "life".
