FreeView / Widescreen? - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

Hey

Not quite sure if I put this in the right section but it's just a quick question before I go ordering up my new TV [thumbup] Is FreeView broadcast in 16:9 or is it a some-channels-are-some-channels-aren't or not-at-all thing?

The TV is widescreen and I don't want what my girlfriend calls 'fat screen' where it stretches. And Pan and Scan would lose some of the picture....

Any help would be great!
