Hello all, I recently purchased a 22" widescreen LCD from scan.co.uk It came with 3 problems: 1. a caught pixel (yes, I am conscious its perhaps not considered being an "RMA'able" problem) 2. A bogus shine, refreshrate issue on the left hand corner of the display (particularly noticable in WoW cause its precisely within the conversation window) makes me feel when I view it dizzy. 3. The check won't return on following its been switched off with the ability switch once the device continues to be on (when i abandon the workstation for a little of time). I've to drive the computer down and restart for the display to obtain a sign again (didnt occur with yesteryear 3 screens ive had). For these reasons, I called for an RMA and reimbursement. Theyve picked it up and sent me today showing the position as examined without problem. so... wtf? its never as if im lying about it, why are they saying it isnt defective? Today what... thats 210 down the swanny cause I cant e-bay it for the reason that state? May I do something about that? Thanks!
