Sound, well this can be a true nerd second but I'd to begin work on a SAN, been studying materials today for yesteryear fews weeks at work, and ultimately some SAN work came in today. Had to set up a 4,500GB variety, all from SUN with 4Gbps fiber optics/switches. It came in the shape of 64 drives and totals approximately 100,000 value of package, as the capability its home isn't all that remarkable. Can't wait to put some bechmarks are this badboy, espically when it's all raided up! Wiring need's some work, but at this time we're only worried about finding it all up and working, as it's my first effort.
