So what can i say, I called them up friday morning since my G7 mouse ended working, They just asked me to send back the two batteries and the hardware stay which i did friday evening and are you able to beleave it, 1st thing this morning i'd a fresh alternative G7 on my home. btw, did i note this needed to be done via there europe department Incredible support is all I will say [thumbup] Congrats logitech, i'll continue steadily to obtain r item for a long time in the future!!!
