Default Low Cost Per Click
Since June 1, my Cost Per Click has drastically dropped by 60%. My other parameters remains the same. I am not sure what is the reason. Could anyone please help me with suggestions ?

Did you start receiving a lot more traffic because of artificial, or manual intervention? Did you start promoting your website a lot more, or receive a big traffic spike for any reason(s)?

Except for a few free directory submissions, I never tried to promote the site. The traffic is the same. There is no big change or spike. Everything remains the same except the CPC. That's what I am trying to figure out why.

Is your content or the products you are selling, targeting through CPC seasonal? Could they potentially drop off at a particular month? Maybe check Google trends to see if there is a lull in a particular month!? Nothing has changed with your service provider for CPC? E.g. Google?

It has never been this low, so far. I have been a publisher of adsense for the last 2 years. I do not see a pattern of CPC dropping off. It has been consistent from the time I began.

Hmmm that's not good. If you have had consistency for the last 2 years and all of a sudden its dropped off, I would perhaps contact you CPC provider (Google, Yahoo etc). I'm not sure what would be causing it, unless something has changed with your service provider. Speak to who ever you have your CPC through, its important to get it fixed as soon as possible. Good luck

Hi

First, try to remove low ads.
Second, check your site that compare to Google update.

Your keyword is low CPC paying. Other hand your website get low quality traffic and clicks as a result your adsense earning got fall down. Just select a new high paying CPC keyword and optimize the keyword and bring a lot of quality traffic from USA, CANADA, GERMANY,UK etc and hopefully your adsense earning will be boost up.
