The reduction in the Euro makes it a relatively cheap break, with wine and food a lot cheaper than over here if you eat where the locals eat. Not far from Carcassonne which I visited when younger, and fell in love with. I may not come home as it is possible to buy a house in these villages for about £60,000. About a third of what mine is worth. Very tempting. The down side is I would have to drink a lot of red wine. Apparently it is the law and who am I to argue with the law. Anyone else holidaying?



You must obey the law Teddy, have a lovely time. I can't remember the last time I had a holiday. Hubby's health is not the best, we never seem able to go away.
