 software and firmware support is terrible
However, their software (and firmware) support is terrible. They do not support any OS besides Windows: Linux users have no chance. And the latest Dashboard does not work on Windows 7: No chance for old users either.
What options can be suggested for Linux and Windows 7 users? |
