Default Queens 2012 final - Nalbandian disqualified
Gets stroppy, kicks an advertising board which wounds a line-judge. Disgraceful behaviour

Was watching it live. Thought the crowd were retarded. They should have been booing Nalbandian the stupid prick. And his speech afterwards was even more retarded.

Tbh i dont get the fuss. Heat of the moment, he didnt mean it. Stayed with the official as he realized what he did.
Didnt go into a fit when he was disqualified.

All in all i wouldnt call this disgraceful behavior.

No? Maybe he should have flung his racket into the crowd and knocked someone out.

Under Tinomen's rules, I'd hate to have seen that guy drunk

Glad the officials stuck to the rules. This is not behaviour you want to see on the tennis court.

I mean how stupid can he be ? What did he think would happen when he kicked that sign with the judge right behind it. That was NOT an accident.

No time to think, heat of the moment hissy fit. No chance that he would've had time to think that that might happened. Not defending him though, was a twatty thing to do, but it happens. Rightly disqualified.
Getting the police involved is utterly stupid though, it's like saying that the sole purpose of his tennis career was to injure this line judge.

Yeah, stupid thing to do but as soon as he realised the chap was hurt, he did the right thing - it needed him to apologise to the chap, which he did, and I can't argue with the DSQ but the rest is just plain BS!

oh dear i hit someone with my car at a crossing light because i didnt stop at the line just a little over it - but dont worry , although they are now broken and may die, i didnt mean it , it was an accident.

police charge you for accidents - and accidently killing someone is called manslaughter.

damn right the police are involved - its ABH.

Can't do that. I know he didn't have time to think of the consequences, but it's not the way a human conducts themselves under any circumstance, never mind on a tennis court. Unless he actually does have issues, there's zero excuse.
