It's rated 25/25. Seems most tests I run I get at least 30+ down though.

Verizon built FIOS in the city I used to live in then sold it to Frontier. I'm not sure what they said, or how they said it, but they made a PR mistake and Comcast (xfinity lawl) has billboards up quoting them and saying "Even Frontier agrees FIOS is the wrong choice".
