I don't know what legal basis opposition to this would have but as a matter of principle, I believe there is nothing wrong with recording officers making arrests.
We've had video recordings of police brutality. I wonder why the people who taped those incidents weren't arrested for making the recordings? ![]() However, with this particular case, the cops were pretty nice to let her call her mother. She betrayed their trust ![]() |
