So true Albie... I could build you a house like that for $3.50*... just sayin...

I will however not build you a railing on the edge of your roof, because while there may be some utility in it for those working on the roof or cleaning the gutters, that work would be done by persons who are worth less than one of the balusters by any reasonable economist. I may reconsider this if you happen to want to build an intricate pergula or have a suspended outdoor chandelier/waterfeature (and who doesnt?) underneath the work area, as a falling worker could damage valuable property (a significant % of the $3.50 pricetag).

*That will be the initial estimate, which may or may not grow to several hundred thousand over the course of the project.
