I'm not surprised she would want the divorce...however, if the reports about the new pre-nup are true that she would receive an additional $50 million if she stuck with him for 2 years, it is a little surprising she is moving on the divorce already.

I think this is probably the best thing for both of them at this point. Obviously his indiscretions are too big to be repaired. I am sure she will get enough out of it (and did not she already have money?) so maybe that is not the issue here. Moving on w/ their lives will be best for both of them.
