No more golf purchases this year.
Outside of small stuff anyhow.
I bought a Callaway ERC 7 wood off of ebay for $55 on Wednesday, I thought it was a hell of a deal. I'd been wanting one for a while, the ball jumps off the face of my erc 3 woods.

Today I couldn't stand it any longer and bought a sun mountain electric cart on ebay. $569. Retails for $699.

I feel kind of guilty about spending the money for the electric cart, but I'll get over it.

Unfortunately I weighed myself the other day and it said 212. So I need to walk more.

But yes, you're correct.

A new member showed up with one of these electric carts. It's just like mine except it has a battery and pulls itself, you just walk behind it. I've been dying to get one ever since. Now I have a nonpowered sun mountain speed cart for sale.
Here's the electric one:

Gotta admit those electric cart things do look interesting, the worst part of walking for me is huffing my bag.

PS 7 woods are for wimps.

78 today, come to so. Il and get some. I like my 7 wood. I didn't hit it all weekend, I'll admit, didn't need it. It's damn handy from 210 or 220.

I look at it as better than paying $13 a round to ride. I will ride when it's hotter than hell though, like it is this time of year.

It folds up to 36 x 18, just like my old cart.

I sold my old cart to a friend of mine today for a hun, he gave it to his wife.

She's a babe and gave me a hug for browbeating him into it.

Shit gets heavy sometimes. Plus, it is harder to drink beer if you are lugging around the bag.

I get the beer aspect, but I'd say if the bag is too heavy too carry you've got too much junk in there.
