This is the beauty of the US Open, anyone who has enough game can go ahead and qualify for it. That means if a 16 year old has enough game to play with the men then she would be perfectly eligible

Same reason, there is a nationwide tour. These are players (both tours) that are good, but not quite good enough to play the PGA tour on a regular basis.

Oh I get it my friend, if she qualified, I have zero problem with her or any other schulb playing for that fact. Now if she did NOT qualify (as she did) but somehow got an exemption taking a spot away from another person who say did qualify, then I'd have a problem
