Ding Ding Ding!

The PGA is a MANS association and had been since its inception. There is a reason the LPGA was invented.
This is funny. And completely false.

If she would of qualified then nobody should have a problem with it. Since she has shown that she can't handle pressure situations it isn't that suprising she choked her way out of qualifying.

Yes. A 16 year old girl just shot 68 and 75 to miss out on the US fucking OPEN by 5 shots. The biggest golf tournament in the entire world...it's only a matter of time with her...

I guess some of you people think black people should still be drinking from different water fountains than white people?

Seriously...give me a break...what are you all so afraid of...?

As opposed to getting exemptions into regular tournaments.

I never said you did. My post was in response to noone and was not aimed at U.S. Open eligibility.

The second post was in response to you to clear up what I meant in my first post. The first, which is the issue, was in response to noone.

Wow. Talk about comparing apples and oranges. Racism to some broad trying to get into a mens event.

Not even close.

Golf is not a mans sport but The US Open is a mens event. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Women have a place in golf. Its called the LPGA.

But I suppose it would be ok with you for all the men to go onto the womens circuit and play in their events? Figures.

Her making it would just of given you an excuse to try mens sports.

huh?? She has cracked under pressure every time she has encountered it so far in her career. She will probably learn to handle it better. Her age means nothing. How does me typing that she chocked when she did make me afraid???? I have no problem with her or anyone who qualifies playing.

Professional Golfers Tour. Not Mens Professional Golfers Tour.

LPGA has rules that say Men are not allowed. the PGA Tour has no such rules against women.

The bold part is false, and is documented as such. The United States Open is open to anyone with a MEN'S handicapp (meaning she's got to play from where the fellas tee it from) of under 1.4. This is the beauty of the US Open, anyone who has enough game can go ahead and qualify for it. That means if a 16 year old has enough game to play with the men then she would be perfectly eligible

http://www.usopen.com/players/qualif...igibility.html

Saying men should play on the ladies tour is an apples and oranges argument. The reason they LPGA exists is so that women have a tour to compete with players of like skill. Same reason, there is a nationwide tour. These are players (both tours) that are good, but not quite good enough to play the PGA tour on a regular basis.

Seriously...why do you think they call it the US OPEN? O-P-E-N.

Luvda just keeps coming up with some good ones...that's at least the fourth time he's stated somethign as fact that is completely false.

Oh I get it my friend, if she qualified, I have zero problem with her or any other schulb playing for that fact. Now if she did NOT qualify (as she did) but somehow got an exemption taking a spot away from another person who say did qualify, then I'd have a problem
