We had the calcutta tonight. I thought big money was coming our way, I drew the ticket for the team that won last year, plus one of them had bid another team up to $400. I figured the guy would bid them up in kind.

He didn't. I bid them up, almost got stuck with them at $200. They went for $220. My team went for $220. So when everything is totaled up it cost $92.50 for me and the other two members of my team apiece, we have a 3 man member guest now.

This is how it works. You buy a ticket for $40 and you get a card with a team on it. You then get half of what that team brings in the calcutta auction. Plus there was a team entry fee of $135.

If I shoot in the 70's we have a chance, plus my one buddy is getting 15 shots and he's thrown a few 82's and 83's at me before.

I get 11 shots, partner 1 gets 13, partner 2 (our guest) gets 15. Best two balls out of three on the hole count.
