I have some cleveland knockoffs that I bought from my uncle and driver that I got from my dad that has the paint chipped off the head. I actually fill in the head sometimes with a sharpie so it doesn't look so bad, but holy hell can I drive with that thing. Must have been about a $30 and I hit that thing easily as far as my brother and his $300+ driver. Its going to be a sad day when that club breaks.

I used to have a 3 wood, but I broke mine over my leg after I shanked one into the woods. I'm using some putter that my dad gave me because I broke the head off mine after 4 putting when on a par 5 in 2.

What else do I have in my bag...Balls...wow, you never can have too many balls...especially when you hit the ball like me. Good thing I live on a golf course and can go pick up all the ones that these rich country cub fuckers leave in the weeds. I could make a killing on pro v 1s if my brother didn't like playing them so much.

I have an ERC (Callaway) 12.5 degree 3 wood with a stiff graphite shaft, and I absolutely love it.
It might be 13 degrees, I'm not sure.

Titleist 983E 8.5 driver, Callaway heavenwood, Titleist 690CB 3-pw and gap w, vokey 55 and 60 degree wedges. 2 ball mid putter.

I know that makes 15. Depending on where I play or how well I'm playing I'll either drop the 7 wood or the lob wedge. I almost always drop the lob wedge, I can hit the ball plenty high with the sand wedge.

my sister always buys me the noodles. they are good balls and don't mind playing them. would rather play a pro v, but a noodle isn't a bad substitute.

Default The "whats in your bag" thread
Golfers love to talk about their clubs, so own up to whats in your bag right now.

Callaway GBB II 8.5 w/ Fujikura
Callaway Steelhead 3 wood w/ fujikura
Mizuno MP-33 3-pw, steel
Mizuno Raw Black Ox 52* Gap wedge
Nike 56* sand wedge (this club is shit...can't wait to replace it)
Scottie Cameron Studio Model 2 putter

I love every club in my bag except that damn Nike wedge. If i get sick of the Scottie i'll go back to the trusty Ping Anser 2 putter....a classic.

I like Stratas and noodles. Got my first birdie with a Strata and I like the name Noodle. That's pretty much how I judge golf balls...previous success and coolness of name.

I have a friend who lives on a golf course. It's great going over his house and stocking up on balls. He must have at least a thousand in his basement...probably more.

I love talking about my clubs. Must be a golfer thing.

Titleist 975D, 8.5, x-stiff titleist shaft. (My baby. I love it)
Golfsmith 3 wood. (Still looking for a new three wood, probably will go with a cleveland - I want to find one with a steel shaft, but 3 woods with steel shafts are damn hard to find)
Golfsmith 2-pw irons. (looking for a new set - titleist makes has great blades - I do love all my golfsmith clubs, but it's time to get a new set of irons and have these one for practice)
Vokey rusty wedges. (50, 54, 58 - you can never have too many wedges)
Odyssey dual rossie II (I can't putt worth a damn, but it helps to minimize the pain of putting)

Yes, for you math hounds out there, that's one extra club. I usually take out the 2 or 3 iron for a round.

Son of a BITCH, I can't wait until golf season gets into full swing, last saturday I hit the driving range because it was warm enough. Now all I can think about is golf. Weekends blow when football season is over and golf season hasn't started.

doesn't really matter to me. i prefer using pro v's, but am not a snob to the point i won't use a shit ball.
ProV1x is the harder distance version. It isn't an x out.

I like the softer version, ProV1*.
