I'm playing in one of these this weekend. What does everyone think of these formats and what strategies if any do you apply?

Best player on the team picks where/when he hits, long bomber hits last, short bomber gets one in play off the tee.

I only hit last, I refuse to hit in any other position...I like the pressure. I only deviate when I have a feeling and just want to hit without waiting.
