It's pretty incredible to see someone at his age still playing as often and as well as he does. I'll be lucky to be alive at his age, let alone in good enough shape to play a few rounds a week. Good article.

That's a great story! I love how he fired a 68 to beat Sifford. It's amazing how wonderful this game truly is and how guys like Herbert Dixon continue to embrace the game. Well done Mr. Dixon!

Ya I found it pretty inspiring. I agree being alive at that age let alone playing great golf?? Man that's awesome. I just like reading about how he played through so many different eras. I mean think about he different things were back then especially when it comes to racial equality. Makes me appreciate how we have it now.
