I was just wondering i have talked to aggro about this but was wondering if there was anyone in Ga or Al that would want to get together and go to the Robert Trent Jones course in Opelika Al or if yall wanted to go to Ga there is Callaway Gardens in roughly the same area just a couple of minutes up the road in GA let me know if you have any ideas or you think you would enjoy this

i understand if there is a location closer to you that may be more likable im up to suggestions just trying to get the feel for people in the area... anyone have any suggestons

Gray and I may be interested depending on the dates. We have been talking about meeting up with Bama on one of the Robert Trent Jones courses but it may be after the Sept THP outing before he can do it.

Well, I simply wont be able to go before September, I just wouldnt be able to afford it. Also, school is starting, so it would have to be a weekend for me to come.

perhaps it's best to plan a weekend after the outing in september, i'd be down for sure, but will have trouble doing anything before that outing. i would also love to go back to blairsville!! the accomodation was really cheap and the golf was great. make a good weekend out of it, you know?

I think this would be an awesome idea....I am in the same boat as the rest though....My schedule is pretty slammed until after the THP outing...
i had suggested to some of the GA folk that we take a look at the RTJ in Anniston as well......

i was definitely thinking after the THP outing in Sept. and there are a lot of good courses the RTJ trail head is in Opelika and it runs pretty much north and south from there also there are places in west GA that are really good and it definitely sounds like we could get a good group to go. let me do some research and see what we can come up with

i may be going man. i have a pretty sweet hookup for tickets, just depends on whether or not his buddies can go.

i definitely like the idea of a post THP outing, and anniston wouldn't be bad, nor would going back to blairsville (i have a good hookup on the golf at two pretty good courses).
