Ice and at least a weekend off. Maybe some NSAIDS. Get the inflammation down before you try to hit again. Hopefully you haven't done any real damage yet. I did something similar a couple of years ago and tried to play with a semi-swollen sore wrist. It barely hurt at all, just felt overworked. Ended up tearing a ligament and had to sit for an entire year. If it is swollen then it isn't going to be able to move like it usually does and 1 bad chunk could ruin your day/year real fast.
