Default Nike Oven Pictures
So for some reason I thought I put these up right when I got back from my trip but apparently I did not. I am SO sorry for the delay but here are my pictures from The Oven. We will be putting more video up through the coming weeks as well.

These are from the front entrance and inside lobby area:

Althougth I am not a fan of Nike gear, that is very impressive. Great pictures, thanks.

Here are pictures from the different R&D rooms in the building as well as the meeting room where Tom Stites put on a presentation. That video will be up later.

Here he is actually putting a camera into the head of a driver to look inside. Tom compared this to a colonoscopy. He's a very funny guy.

If I remember correctly they use this machine to test how hot the face of a driver is.

They call this the green machine. It is special just to Nike and helps with club measurements and the perfect fitting for the players.

On the tape is says SP, these are clubs they are making for Suzann Petterson

These are for SP and MW (Michelle Wie) and some other players.

The next batch coming up are from the putting area and it is also where the Nike commercials take place.

I love these pictures! Great stuff, cool to see the evolution of the products. I have had almost every iteration of Nike gear in 1 form or another. First was the 2003 forged 300 Driver (which I thought was HUGE), now I have their latest version (VR). Thanks for the quality shots!

it was after dark when we got to this part of the Oven so the pictures are a bit darker.

Rob was opening the garage door. This is exactly where the commercials take place.

I am just so sorry to everyone for not having these up sooner. I don't know why but I thought I put them up. I hope everyone enjoys the pictures and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

It could be interesting being a mobile target in a padded suit.

this place looks amazing, what a great experience that had to be. Great Pics

For some reason I love Nike drivers. They just feel right to me. I switched from a SUMO 5000 to a Callaway Diablo last fall. When I took the diablo head to head with the Dymo Str8 fit, the diablo performed better for me. Some day I am sure a Nike will be back in the bag.

Wow. These are so awesome! Well worth the wait GG! One day before I die, I would love to be able to go there and see the magic take place!

Do you know if they are taking applications? I know how to work a computer, and I know how to swing a golf club (poorly). I'm sure they'd have an opening for a Municipal Drafting Technologist with Management experience. Who doesn't??

Great pics GG! I can't wait for the video!

Great pics. Even got a few folks that are in The Oven commercials.

I'm fortunate enough to practice next door to The Oven. Sometimes the Nike balls don't get separated very well from the range balls (which are also Nike). I've gotten my fair share of One Tours and Tour D's from the buckets. They hit a lot of Vapors out of there also, FWIW.

A couple weeks ago, a couple Nike guys came over the to practice side. They wanted the practice facility's "pickers" to get the "red striped Nikes" back for them. LOL! That driving range is 400 yards deep and 200 yards wide. Everybody stop what you're doing and go find the needle in the haystack. Maybe they were prototypes or something and whoever hit them must've sprayed a couple WAY RIGHT.
