Default Broken Furniture
Anyone ever broken anything in the house practicing your swing or chipping? I nearly broke a lamp with a club once and then switched to the soft foam balls for chipping.

does the roof count as furniture?
backswing caught the low part of the ceiling. I usually only chip with a wedge in the house, but i was watching hank haney project and couldnt resist. Turns out, I swing to "up and down" and i need to swing out more.

Life Lesson: Swing in the house if you need swing plane feedback

We are very fortunate in the new house to have ridiculously high ceilings, so I swing, but I dont hit any balls in the house.

Ha! I did something similar. A $10 can of popcorn ceiling repair fixed it though.

I broke on of my moms favorite Jesus painting / mirror playing hockey in the house one day. It's close to golf sort of. Boy did I ever catch hell for that one. Put it this way it happened 15-16 years ago and I still don't bring it up.

Never have, although my ceilings are fairly low, I had the itch to hit golf balls so bad once, I stacked pillow cushions against the wall and started hitting balls against them. It was only like two feet wide and 3 feet high so if i missed the cushions I would have been in deep trouble.

I swing, but would never hit a ball inside. I have hit chairs and an endtable with my club, but no dents or bruises.
