I used to be about 290lbs, I am now about 250lbs up from 215lbs last year. I lost the 80lbs or so over the course of 6 months, but over the last 12 months put back on 35lbs. I need to get rid of the 35lbs, in fact that is my goal over the next couple months to lose that 35lbs again for good.
