I have, while vacationing:

The 'course' consists of 18 greens, with tee-markers placed on the greens, from between/behind which to hit the first putt. My wife opened with a birdie (i.e. hole in one )! I kept par going for quite a while on the front nine, but couldn't make it last.

It was fun, and reasonably fast, despite getting stuck behind some young family foursomes. It was the first and last time that I have seen a par-2 golf course.
