Great review GG. I thought it was strange when Y.E. Yang raised his bag over his head after winning, but now see that it is their logo. Makes sense as he uses/endorses their product.

Looks interesting and looks similiar to parts of the TRX stuff from fitness anywhere. Albeit the TRX stuff is a little more hardcore, heavier weight ratio, pricier, etc. I am not complaining though cause mine is mil-spec and was issued to me, so I should probably say thanks to all tax-payers!

BTW I heavily encourage people to do resistance/body weight/band training, overall it is much better for you IMO in terms of endurance, flexibility, lean-ness, explosiveness etc. Which are all good things for fitness in general and many types of sports. Also when you do some of these workout's you are using not just your main mucsle group, but all of the little ones around to maintain/stabilize your body, which benches, machine's et al do not.

I work out alot, and it has probably been years since I used benches/machines, though free weights are still utilized haven't noticed a difference in physique, but seen a HUGE increase in performance. For those that are interestes check out crossfit.com, or look at some of the P90X workouts online for free, really cool stuff on there and most of it is a total ody approach and can be toned down/up based on level or changed slightly to just work on flexibility.

When do we start the "fitness" thread BTW?
