Boy am I stupid. Rule 9 on the back of the card. In my defense I had to magnify it 200% before I could read it. Man am I getting old...

There is another statement on the back of that card that I don't believe will hold up in court.

"You are responsible for any injury to people or damage to property caused by your actions, including errant golf shots."

I see this a lot, but that is subject to interpretation based on the facts of the incident and is not always the legal truth.
