So even if the woman shows her navel piercing to her husband only, it still could be considered haram because it's altering a person's nature? So what if you had to get an organ transplant or something? You're saving lives...possibly Muslim lives even but because it kind of changes Allah's (SWT) creation, it would still be considered haram?

Don't dive into complicated topics, if you are a Hanafi, then you have to follow the Fatwas above which I assume are by Hanafi scholars.

If you are not a Hanafi, then you just saw some or all of the proofs for the scholars who consider it impermissible, as you can see there is nothing specific in Islam about this issue, so it's up to you I guess to weight things in your brain and take a decision, or preferably look more into this matter and ask many more scholars from various schools to see if you get any other reasons.

Organ donations are Halal as long as the donor does not harm himself or put his life in danger in order to save his brother's life.
